This is a collection of hatpins that were inspired by seashells. The forms/shapes of the pieces are very sculptural like only on a very small scale. Sculpture that can be worn.

Hatpins collection
The forms of the hatpins have been inspired by shell formation and structure. This is mainly created by linear shapes that follow a spiralling pattern. I have tried to express this by creating a frame like structure and covering it with the material to create a solid looking shape.
